Responsibilities

Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of sales professionals to achieve and exceed individual and team targets.

Develop and implement innovative sales strategies and tactical plans to drive revenue growth.

Analyze sales data and market trends to identify opportunities and challenges.

Build and nurture strong, long-lasting relationships with key clients and partners.

Collaborate with marketing and product development teams to ensure alignment and maximize market penetration.

Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback to the sales team.

Oversee the entire sales cycle, from lead generation to closing deals.

Contribute to the overall strategic direction of the company by providing insights from the sales front.

Requirements

Minimum of 5 years of progressive sales experience, with at least 2 years in a leadership or management role.

Demonstrated success in developing and executing effective sales strategies.

Exceptional understanding of sales processes and performance metrics.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills, capable of motivating and guiding a sales team.

Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and sales analytics tools.

Proven ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
