Responsibilities
Engage with neighbors and community members in Susquehanna to provide personalized insurance protection.
Conduct thorough needs assessments to ensure every client is properly covered against life's uncertainties.
Prepare clear, accurate quotes that help clients make informed decisions about their financial security.
Maintain active contact with existing policyholders to review their coverage and adjust for life changes.
Resolve client inquiries promptly, ensuring that every interaction leaves the customer feeling valued and supported.
Collaborate with our small, close-knit team to improve our local outreach and customer experience strategies.
Requirements
Current Pennsylvania Property and Casualty Insurance License.
Experience managing a book of business or working in a customer-facing sales role.
Strong comfort level with digital policy management software and Microsoft Office suite.
High school diploma or equivalent.
Strong ability to explain complex policy details in a clear and easy-to-understand way.
Previous experience with independent agency software is a plus.
Salary : $220,000 - $250,000
