What are the responsibilities and job description for the Agency Leader position at The Atlantic District?
At The Atlantic District, we believe that the insurance business is fundamentally about people, not just policies. Based in the heart of West Warwick, Rhode Island, our office serves as a hub for our neighbors, providing them with the peace of mind they deserve. We are looking for an Agency Leader who shares our optimism and wants to take our local presence to the next level. This is a hands-on role where you will be more than just a manager; you will be the captain of our ship. You will have the unique opportunity to shape our office culture, mentor our agents, and directly influence how we serve our local community. We don't believe in rigid corporate structures that stifle creativity. Instead, we want someone who can bring fresh ideas to the table, foster a collaborative spirit, and help us grow while keeping our commitment to personal, human-centered service. If you are someone who enjoys building things, coaching others to succeed, and making a real difference in your hometown, you will feel right at home with our team. We are excited to meet someone who is as passionate about our mission as we are.
