Description
The Sales Production Manager is responsible for overseeing the execution and delivery of advertising, sponsorship, and marketing assets across multiple channels, ensuring high-quality production and timely fulfillment. This role serves as a key liaison between sales, marketing, content, and external partners to support successful campaigns, webinars, events, and audience engagement initiatives.
Duties and responsibilities
- Manage the execution and fulfillment of advertiser and sponsor deliverables, including print and digital advertising, sponsored content, webinar assets, event sponsorship materials, and e-newsletter placements
- Partner closely with sales teams to ensure client assets are received, reviewed, and executed accurately and on schedule
- Coordinate the collection, trafficking, and placement of sponsorship and advertising materials across platforms
- Ensure all contractual sponsorship deliverables are fulfilled completely and accurately
- Oversee quality control processes, including approvals, revisions, and final asset verification
- Manage webinar and event production timelines to ensure smooth execution and delivery
- Ensure sponsor logos, branding, and promotional assets are properly displayed and aligned with brand standards
- Support lead fulfillment processes, including reporting, distribution, and responding to customer inquiries
- Track project timelines, deliverables, and production status while communicating updates to key stakeholders
- Identify opportunities to improve workflows, production processes, and cross-functional coordination
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field
- 5 years of experience in sales operations, production coordination, marketing operations, or project management
- Experience managing multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Strong organizational and project management skills with exceptional attention to detail
- Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration abilities
- Proficiency with CRM platforms, project management tools, and digital marketing systems
- Ability to problem-solve proactively and manage competing priorities effectively
