Job Overview
We are hiring dependable and motivated Special projects & Construction Cleaners to prepare newly built or renovated spaces for occupancy. This is a professional cleaning position and requires an eye for detail! Work environments change frequently and require flexibility, attention to detail, and safety awareness. Our team works around various job sites in Hampton Roads, Williamsburg, Richmond, and parts of North Carolina so traveling is a requirment!Our Pay is Weekly!
Expected Scheudule:
- Monday - Friday 8:00 AM - 4:00 pm.
- Saturdays (Not all, but some): 8:00 AM- 4:00 PM
Please note, our schedule varies depending on our job for that day. This time range is to give an idea of our standard schedule. Our team stays until the work is done! We work in a team, not in shifts!
Responsibilities
- Travel to various construction job sites
- Detail clean kitchens, bathrooms, fixtures, cabinets, sinks, tubs, rails, and other surfaces
- Sweep, vacuum, mop, and polish floors
- Scrape paint, caulk, tape, and adhesive residue
- Clean windows using professional squeegee methods (training provided)
- Operate or learn equipment such as buffers and wet/dry vacuums
- Follow safety rules and PPE requirements
- Work independently and as part of a team
- Arrive on time consistently and ready to work
Qualifications
- VALID DRIVERS LICENSE IS REQUIRED
- Reliable transportation is required. Work locations vary and we are not always near public transportation.
- Basic knowledge of professional cleaning techniques (or willingness to learn)
- Mechanically inclined / skilled technician mindset preferred
- Positive attitude and coachable personality
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to move quickly and efficiently in active construction environments
- Ability to lift 35–50 lbs and remain active throughout shifts
- Friendly communication and teamwork skills

Pay: $14.00 - $17.00 per hour
