The Ash Group is hiring a Project Scheduler for our client, a major electricity and natural gas utility provider. This is a 12-month contract working in Denver, CO (Hybrid) offering a pay rate of $40 per hour based on skillset.
Role Details
- Compensation: $40/hr

What You’ll Be Doing
- Support capital projects as a scheduler, primarily using Primavera P6.
- Manage and maintain schedules for a portfolio of capital projects, attend project calls, create new schedules, update existing schedules, respond to schedule-related questions, and act as the scheduling subject matter expert (SME) for assigned projects. The role supports projects up to approximately $15M in budget.
- Attend project meetings and project calls.
- Incorporate updates and changes discussed in meetings into schedules.
- Create new schedules and manage a portfolio of projects.
- Review QA/QC scheduling reports.
What We’re Looking For
- Must have a minimum of 5 years of experience as a Project Scheduler.
- 5 years of Primavera P6 scheduling experience is required.
- Must have experience with capital project scheduling experience.
- Strong communication skills is required.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook and related tools) is a must.
