Summary
The Ash Group is hiring a new Product Owner IV for our client (one of the largest private credit providers in the US agricultural economy) based in Minneapolis, MN.
This high-level role requires a professional with 10 years of experience who is fundamentally a strong Project/Program Manager with Product Owner knowledge. You will lead the charge on the rollout of a new digital portal, driving go-to-market strategies, planning execution, and creating structure within an ambiguous, fast-paced, and highly collaborative transformation environment.
Role Details
- Compensation: Competitive pay rate of $109 per hour.
- Benefits: Medical, dental, vision, and direct primary care benefits. After six months of employment, enjoy a 4% matched 401(k) plan with immediate 100% vesting.
- Duration: 6-month contract with a high likelihood of extension.
- Location: Hybrid in Minneapolis, MN.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Lead the planning and execution of the go-to-market strategy for the digital portal rollout, acting as the central driver for results and execution.
- Lead cross-functional teams (that do not report directly to you) to define project scope, goals, and deliverables, and ensure adherence to timelines and budgets.
- Manage the product backlog and prioritize requirements, while simultaneously managing the full project lifecycle from planning through monitoring, control, and closure.
- Serve as the primary communication hub, providing regular updates to stakeholders, managing change, and ensuring deliverables meet quality standards.
- Collaborate with users and clients to anticipate needs, translate them into requirements, and facilitate Agile ceremonies (Scrum meetings, sprints).
What We’re Looking For
- Bachelor's Degree in Product/Project Management, Business, or a relevant field.
- 10 years of professional experience, with a deep background in Project Management and experience leading complex rollouts or transformations.
- Proven experience in a leadership position, capable of leading cross-functional teams and driving execution with minimal structural direction.
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills, with the ability to navigate an ambiguous environment and help create structure.
- Experience with ServiceNow and familiarity with Agile methodologies; SAFe, LPM, or equivalent certifications are a plus.
