Summary
The Ash Group is hiring a IT Support Technician (24622) for our client, a high-tech aerospace and defense contractor delivering complex technology solutions for national security and space exploration. This is a 12-month contract position working in Englewood, CO (Onsite). We are offering a pay rate up to $31 per hour W2 based on skill set.
Role Details
- Compensation: Up to $31/hr W2
- Benefits: Medical, dental, vision, and direct primary care benefits. After six months of employment, enjoy a 4% matched 401(k) plan with immediate 100% vesting.

What You’ll Be Doing
- Support hands-on desktop for their end user services group onsite.
- This person will work alongside an existing service desk/deskside support team and provide a high-touch, “white-glove” support experience to internal users.
- Responsible for Computer setup, replacement, imaging, and deployment
What We’re Looking For
- 1–4 years of desktop support or IT support experience
- Associate's Degree in a related field of study with 2 or more years of relevant experience
- Ability to work independently from ticket queue and own problems and solutions
- Passion for helping people and providing a high-touch, service-oriented experience
- Must have a strong customer service and end-user support background
- Basic desktop support knowledge (troubleshooting, imaging, hardware/software setup)
- Strong communication skills with the ability to interact professionally
- IT certifications (CompTIA A , etc.) is a plus
- Aerospace or defense industry experience is preferred
