This role manages corporate services procurement, overseeing supplier relationships and contract negotiations across various indirect spend categories. The position supports the organization’s operational needs by ensuring timely, cost‑effective delivery of professional services, consulting, marketing, travel, and contingent labor.

- Manage and direct suppliers and teammates to support corporate services and indirect spend categories
- Prioritize and execute business and program requirements to meet operational needs
- Prepare and issue RFP/RFQ, perform price analyses, and develop negotiation strategies
- Construct contracts such as MSAs, SOWs, Statements of Objectives, long‑range procurement agreements, and sourcing partnerships
- Own the procurement process from requisition through final payment and resolve related issues
- Lead the identification, implementation, negotiation, execution, and management of strategic agreements (LTAs) for corporate services categories
- Support the procurement organization’s strategic direction and ensure corporate objectives are achieved
- Ensure delivery of services that are on time, within budget, and meet quality and performance requirements
- Knowledge and experience in procurement and supplier management, preferably within corporate services or indirect categories
- Understanding and knowledge of the Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR)
- Experience negotiating and managing multiple contract types, including FFP, T&M, and service‑based agreements (MSAs/SOWs)
- Proven ability to meet tight deadlines, multi‑task, and prioritize workload
- Track record of working in an ambiguous environment and successfully balancing priorities
- Strong analytical skills; data‑driven with experience establishing and tracking procurement metrics

- Familiarity with services‑related compliance, supplier qualification, and risk management processes (e.g., data privacy, confidentiality, contingent labor co‑employment considerations)
- Ability to read, interpret, and develop services‑related documentation such as Statements of Work, SLAs, and scope definitions
- Prior experience purchasing corporate/indirect services (e.g., professional services, consulting, marketing, HR, travel, contingent labor, or IT services)
- Experience with import/export (ITAR/EAR) regulations
- Certified Professional in Supply Management (CPSM) or Certified Supply Chain Professional (CSCP) Certification
- Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification
- Experience with Deltek Costpoint, Jira, SharePoint, or contingent labor/VMS platforms (e.g., Fieldglass, Beeline)
