Schedule: Monday–Friday, 5:30/6:00 AM start, 8-hour shifts

Pay: $25–$26/hr.
Required: 3 years in a manufacturing environment
IT Help Desk Technician
Provide Tier 1 and Tier 2 support for internal users, handling hardware, software, network access, and business system issues. Log and manage tickets, diagnose problems, escalate when needed, and support workstation setup, deployment, and maintenance. Use ServiceNow and standard IT tools for troubleshooting and documentation. Maintain knowledge of current and legacy PC hardware/software and contribute to process improvements.
Qualifications
- High school diploma
- 3 years IT support experience
- Strong troubleshooting for PCs, peripherals, mobile devices, Windows, and basic networking
- Experience with imaging/migration tools (SCCM, MDT, USMT)
- Professional communication and customer-service skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and lift IT equipment
- Certifications a plus: CompTIA (A /Network /Server ), HDI, Microsoft, ITIL, ServiceNow
