What are the responsibilities and job description for the Product Coordinator position at The Artist Tree?
Brief Summary of Job: Ensure current inventory reflects accurately on the showroom. Maintains product descriptions for the showroom and digital platforms. Works closely with Inventory Lead to ensure our showroom always stays current.
Essential Functions and Responsibilities of the job include but are not limited to:
- Enter product information in Blaze - our POS System
- Maintain information of new product/batches in blaze by exercising FIFO
- Procure new products/batches in showroom
- Create descriptions with pricing cards for showroom
- Process out of stock inventory
- Daily showroom checks to ensure inventory accuracy
- Maintain and audit digital product content
- Assist in processing orders in fulfillment
- Assist Inventory Lead as needed
- Perform other duties as assigned, requested or deemed necessary by management
Qualifications:
Experience/Knowledge/Education:
o Previous one year or more years’ experience in inventory control
o Basic knowledge of cannabis products, and state and local cannabis compliance
laws preferred
Skills/Abilities/Other Requirements:
o Must be 21 or older
o English speaking or bilingual
o Ability to compute basic mathematical calculations
o Ability to prioritize, organize and make good judgments
o Dependable
o Reliable transportation
Physical Requirements:
o Standing and walking for long periods of time
o Repetitive bending, stooping, reaching, twisting, lifting, and carrying
o Reaching above, at, and below shoulder level
o Lifting and carrying unassisted up to 30lbs of bulk goods
o Specific vision abilities required by this position include close vision, distance vision and the ability to adjust focus
Supervisory Responsibility: None.
Pay: $22.00 - $23.00 per hour
