Title: Panchakarma Operations Lead
Reports to: Panchakarma Director

Position Overview:
The Art of Living Retreat Center is seeking a skilled and passionate Operations Leader to join our team. We are looking for a dedicated professional who can provide continuity of care through daily guest interaction, documentation support, and communication and coordination with and for our Panchakarma Team. Education:
Degree in Ayurveda Preferred, BAMS or Advanced Ayurveda Practitioner
Degree in Management preferred.
Key Responsibilities:
Daily Guest Engagement
- Facilitate daily check-ins
- Collect and review questionnaires
- Provide emotional and practical support to guests
- Monitor guest experience during meals and transition times
Clinical Coordination
- Assist during Virechana day as assigned
- Communicate relevant updates to Lead Vaidya and Program Director
- Support discharge preparation
Educational Support
- Offer knowledge sessions as assigned
- Assist in reinforcing daily Ayurvedic concepts
Documentation & Integration
- Oversee scheduling for and performance of Assistants
- Support charting and record organization
- Ensure follow-up notes and materials are prepared
- Assist with feedback collection
- Oversees pre-program logistics
- Manages schedule board and printed itineraries
- Coordinates inventory and herb staging
- Confirms room readiness
- Coordinates Sahaj teacher scheduling
- Manages debrief and system flow
