We are looking for a Construction Project Manager to take ownership of schedule, budget, documentation, and overall project execution. This is a hands-on role for someone who is organized, proactive, and cares deeply about how projects are actually built—not just getting them across the finish line

What You’ll Be Responsible For
• Owning project schedules from planning through completion
• Managing financial performance, including budgets, forecasting, and cash flow
• Coordinating subcontractors and tracking performance by scope and budget line
• Maintaining clear, organized project documentation across all systems
• Leading communication with clients, field teams, and internal staff
• Identifying risks early and driving solutions before issues escalate
• Visiting job sites regularly to ensure quality, accuracy, and safety
• Supporting project setup, bidding, and continuous improvement of systems
