Pay Rate/Range: $18/hr
Description: A local aerospace manufacturing facility is seeking a Forming Associate to support production operations involving large walk-in ovens and autoclaves. In this role, you will load and operate equipment to form acrylic sheets used across multiple production departments. This position requires carefully following detailed work instructions and process specifications to ensure acrylic components are formed accurately and consistently to meet production requirements.
Job Requirements:
- High school diploma or GED
- 6 months of manufacturing or production experience preferred
- Ability to follow detailed work instructions and process specifications
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to lift up to 50lbs
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, stoop, kneel, and reach for extended periods
Job Type: Contract-to-Hire
Shift/Schedule: Monday-Friday, 1:00pm–9:30pm or 2:00pm–10:30pm. Must be available to train on 1st shift.
