SUMMARY:
We’re partnering with experienced Freight Brokers/Sales Agents who operate as true entrepreneurs. If you currently run a small agency (typically 1–5 people) and want a higher split, more autonomy, and a supportive partnership, this is for you.
Opportunity Highlights
- True agency model with autonomy in how you run your book and your team
- Transparent revenue split and a long-term, relationship-first partnership
- No territory caps; ability to grow your team and portfolio
- Split: 70% to Agent / 30% to Company
- Contract (1099), Commission-based
- Remote/field-based; travel to customers as needed
- Win and grow shipper accounts across FTL/LTL/intermodal/expedited as applicable to your focus
- Own customer relationships, pricing strategies, and day-to-day book management
- Lead, coach, and deploy your 1–5 person team to hit margin and growth targets
- Collaborate with our leadership on strategy, capacity, and expansion opportunities
- Bachelor's Degree preferred.
- A minimum of 1 year of sales experience is preferred.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written).
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Ability to work under deadlines and specific time frames.
- Customer Service-oriented.
- Computer competent (Microsoft Office Suite – Outlook, Word, PPT, Excel)
- Excellent teamwork and interpersonal skills required.
