We’re seeking a detail-oriented, motivated Gun Sales & eCommerce Assistant to support both our in-store sales and our growing online presence. If you know your way around an AR, you can talk shop with customers, and know how to keep a website running smoothly, this role is for you.
Responsibilities:
In-Store Sales:
- Assist customers with firearms, ammo, accessories, and gear purchases
- Provide knowledgeable, respectful, and legally compliant service
- Handle ATF paperwork and background checks accurately
- Maintain product displays and store cleanliness
eCommerce Support:
- Upload and manage product listings (photos, descriptions, pricing)
- Assist the Ecommerce Manager in processing online orders, returns, and customer inquiries
- Help with social media and email marketing campaigns
- Monitor inventory levels and sync stock between POS and E-Commerce
Qualifications:
- Passion for firearms and firearm safety
- Knowledge of gun types, accessories, calibers, etc.
- Experience in retail sales, preferably in the firearm industry
- Basic understanding of eCommerce platforms (e.g., Guns.com, Coreforce, GunBroker)
- Familiarity with ATF and local firearm laws
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Preferred: FFL knowledge or previous work in an FFL environment
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $16.00 - $20.00 per hour

Education:
- High school or equivalent (Preferred)
Experience:
- Customer Service: 1 year (Required)
- Sales: 1 year (Preferred)
