Requirements:What You’ll Do
- Prepare and execute high-quality dishes aligned with menu standards
- Own your station during service—organized, efficient, and consistent
- Plate with precision and attention to detail
- Support smooth service flow by assisting with expediting
- Contribute to both à la carte and banquet operations
- Maintain strict food safety, sanitation, and cleanliness standards
What You Bring
- 1–2 years of kitchen experience (fine dining or high-volume preferred)
- Strong understanding of cooking techniques, flavor profiles, and presentation
- Ability to stay composed and perform in a fast-paced environment
- Team-first mindset with strong communication skills
- Close attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Culinary degree or certification (a plus)
- Valid Food Handler’s Certification
