Role Description
This Part-Time Web Designer role involves creating and implementing effective, visually engaging web design projects. Responsibilities include designing and maintaining website layouts, graphics, and user interface elements with a focus on responsive web design and usability. Collaboration with the development and marketing teams will be necessary to ensure cohesive project execution. This is a hybrid position based in Dallas, TX, with opportunities to work from home on occasion.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Squarespace & Shopify.
- Experience in Graphic Design and creating professional-grade visual content and graphics.
- Experience with SEO & implementation practices
- Expertise in Responsive Web Design principles and implementations across devices.
- Knowledge of Front-End Development practices and tools to augment design workflows.
- Strong communication and collaborative skills to effectively work with various teams.
- Familiarity with UX/UI principles is an advantage.
- Bachelor’s degree in Design, Computer Science, or a related field is preferred but not required.
- Ability to design custom branding packages including logos is preferred but not required
