Today, Careington has expanded to offer a growing portfolio of 150 health, wellness, lifestyle and virtual health products and services designed to deliver cost savings across a spectrum of life needs. Through its affiliated nationally licensed third-party administrator (TPA), Careington also delivers full-scale administrative services, including customer service, licensed enrollment, claims administration, individual and group billing, and more.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Design and develop functional, visually appealing websites using HTML5 and CSS3 on a PC.

Create responsive landing pages and marketing email campaigns.

Provide technical guidance for building search engine–friendly websites.

Collaborate with internal teams and stakeholders to design websites for client, company, and agent approval.

Adapt to feedback and align creative work with business goals.

Contribute to a collaborative, creative, and team-oriented environment.
Qualifications, Experience, and Skills:

Strong knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, web standards, and best practices.

Experience implementing HTML best practices for email creative.

Proficiency with Bootstrap and other responsive web design methodologies.

Familiarity with JavaScript/jQuery and SEO principles (a plus).

Exposure to programming (.NET/Angular) is a plus, but not required.
Education, Experience and Software

Bachelor’s degree in Web Design or related field, or equivalent work experience.

Minimum 2 years of hands-on HTML5/CSS3 experience.
- Required software: Adobe Dreamweaver, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe XD, Bootstrap, Figma and WordPress WorkZone, BaseCamp or similar project management software
- Experience with MailChimp, SendGrid or similar email platform
- Experience with HubSpot or comparable CRM platform, including workflows and procedural campaign build outs

Website testing methodologies (A/B testing, split URL, multivariate) and their respective platforms, experience with VWO considered a plus

Experience with Azure DevOps and GitHub are a plus
