The Group Leader position aids the Production Supervisor in oversight and training to support Assembly Operators with and without disabilities perform their work in a productive manner. The Groups Leader will aid the Production Supervisor with set-up, production, quality, and on-time delivery of customer product. The Group Leader also works as a team player in production of electro-mechanical and other complex assemblies.
The position utilizes identified ISO quality control practices and procedures.
