We’re Hiring! Employment Consultant – Dubois County
The Arc Southwest Indiana is looking for a compassionate, organized, and upbeat Employment Consultant to support individuals with disabilities in finding meaningful community employment.
If you’re a natural multitasker with strong communication skills and a heart for helping others succeed, this could be the perfect fit.
What You’ll Do:
- Support participants with job searches and applications
- Complete intakes and assist with resume building
- Provide transportation for job‑related activities
- Offer on‑the‑job training and employer support
- Advocate for participants in the workplace
- Complete Chrono documentation, VR/Waiver billing, and Quarterly VR Reports
- Assist with Project Search
- Other duties as assigned
What We’re Looking For:
- Positive attitude and strong communication
- Reliable, organized, and a team player
- Flexible Monday–Friday schedule (some varied hours)
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen
