What You’ll Do
As a Direct Support Professional (DSP) in our Vocational/FAVC Day Services program, you’ll:
- Help individuals build job and life skills that promote independence
- Provide encouragement, guidance, and hands-on support
- Foster inclusion through community activities and meaningful experiences
- Ensure safety and well-being using proper care and support techniques
- Keep accurate documentation and communicate with your team
- Be a positive role model — and a difference-maker every single day
What You’ll Need
- High School diploma or GED
- A valid driver’s license with at least 2 years of driving experience
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and assist with physical support when needed
- A positive attitude, reliability, and genuine care for others
- Experience helping people with disabilities is a plus — but we’ll train you if you have the heart for it!
