We are currently looking to fill Full-time and Part-time shifts. Flexibility is key, and a weekend day is required. Male applicants strongly encouraged to apply.

Graveyard shifts (10PM-6 AM)- Locations: South Hill area.

Requirements
- Must have a high school diploma or GED.
- Must be 18 or older.
- Ability to pass required fingerprint background checks.
- Maintain personal transportation available for work-related use and WA valid driver's license with proof of liability insurance. Essential function to transport clients to appointments, shopping, community outings and other transportation needs assigned. May be trained on the operation and use of agency vehicle.
- Must be willing to attend and complete all required trainings within assigned timeline.
- Compensation:** $21.50. Non-exempt, Full-time 40 hours per week, Medical, Dental, Life Insurance, Paid Time Off (PTO) after eligibility period and 13 Paid Holidays.
- All pay is based on longevity at The Arc of Spokane; thus,* ****the starting pay for this position is $21.50 per hour*.**
- $250.00 the pay date after 30 days of successful employment
- $500.00 the pay date after 90 days of successful employment
- $1000.00 the pay date after 120 days of successful employment and the completion of all required trainings
