Job Title: Maintenance Technician
Job Type: Full-time
Hours: Full-Time |40 Hrs
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
- On call
Location: Somerset County | As per the need of the service; generally work is performed at various agency sites.
Pay: $23.00/hr
Education: High School Diploma or equivalent required.
Experience/Training:
- Minimum two years of general maintenance experience and demonstrated expertise in areas listed below are required.
- Valid Driver’s license required
Job Summary: Maintenance worker skilled in carpentry, plumbing, electrical, masonry, doors and windows, and related areas.
Job Description:
- Perform general maintenance and repair at designated facilities as determined appropriate.
- Conduct frequent and periodic review of repair status, structural and operational integrity of facilities.
- Maintain agency equipment and tools in good and safe operating conditions.
- Inform supervisor of health and safety issues.
- Participate in grounds clean-up and snow removal as needed/assigned.
- Perform other duties as required by the nature of the position or as directed by supervisor.
