The coordinator is responsible for supporting the sales and customer service teams by managing customer accounts, resolving issues, and ensuring smooth order fulfillment within the manufacturing environment.

Requirements
Minimum Education & Experience
- 2-4 years of experience in manufacturing clerical support and admin.
- Strong communication skills.
- A proven record of providing excellent customer service.
- Experience in an ISO environment desired.
- Experience in manufacturing enterprise software is highly desired.
- Lean manufacturing, 5s, process development desired.
- Experience in OSHA and safety regulations; emergency evacuations drill preferred.
- Additional education, such as an associate or bachelor's degree, especially in a business-related field is preferred.
Licensure/Certification
- Valid NYS Driver's License. The availability of insured personal vehicles to transport self and/or individuals as necessary.
Salary : $20 - $22
