This is a full-time to part-time on-site role located in Hunterdon County NJ, for a Direct Support Professional. In this role, you will assist individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities in daily living activities and community engagement. Primary responsibilities include providing compassionate support, promoting independence, facilitating skill development, and ensuring the health, safety, and well-being of those you serve. You will also assist with personal care, transportation, and implementing individualized plans designed to enhance the quality of life for each individual.

Qualifications
- Strong understanding of Human Services and experience working with individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities
- Excellent Interpersonal Skills and Communication abilities to interact effectively with individuals, families, and team members
- Ability to provide Training and guidance to support skill development and foster independence
- Patience, empathy, and a high level of professionalism
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record and reliable transportation
- Flexibility to work varying shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
