This role offers an opportunity to make a meaningful impact while earning $ 18.50 - $ 21.50 per hour, depending on experience and shift. Overnight positions are ideal for night owls, individuals seeking quieter work hours, or candidates looking for flexible scheduling that fits their lifestyle.
This position is well-suited for recent graduates, CNAs, PCAs, HHAs, and those transitioning into human services. No prior experience in developmental disabilities is required-we provide paid training and ongoing support to help you succeed.

What You'll Do as a Direct Support Professional
As a DSP, you will support individuals with developmental disabilities in achieving their personal goals and living as independently as possible. Responsibilities include assistance with daily living activities, skill-building, documentation, and fostering a safe, respectful environment.
