Sleep Aides can read, relax, or sleep for most of the shift. You're primarily needed on-site for emergencies or unexpected concerns. Play a key role in supporting residents' well-being, safety, and comfort.

Schedule & Pay
- Starting pay: $11-12/hour
- $250 sign-on/stay-on bonus
- $1/hour shift differentials for late nights, weekends, and holidays (differentials can stack!)
- 10p - 6a (sleep shift)

Required Qualifications
- 18 years of age
- High School Diploma or GED
- TB test and physical
- Able to lift 50 pounds & assist with physical supports such as lifting, bending, standing, etc.
Preferred, but Not Required:
- Experience working with intellectual and developmental disabilities and autism (IDD/A)
- Experience in direct care, caregiving, behavioral health, or healthcare
