The Arc of Centre County is hiring **Awake/Overnight Direct Support Professionals (DSPs)** to join our **Residential team**, supporting adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities (IDD) in their own homes overnight.

This role is ideal for someone who wants **meaningful, relationship-driven work** while helping others live independently and stay connected to their community.

**What You'll Do**

As a DSP In Our Residential Program, You Will

• Assist with **daily living skills** (cooking, hygiene, routines)
• Encourage **independence and personal goal achievement**
• Build **trusting, respectful relationships**
• Promote a **safe, healthy, and empowering environment**
  
  

**Awake Overnights**

This is a fully awake overnight position. Staff are expected to remain alert and engaged throughout the shift. We have PT and FT openings.
