Position Details
Location: Mellenville (Hudson), NY
We are currently hiring four Registered Nurses with both full-time and part-time opportunities available.
Position 1 – Part-Time Registered Nurse
- Hours: 16 hours per week
- Schedule: Two 8-hour weekdays (to be determined)
- Pay Rate: $33.00 per hour
- Benefits: Not benefit eligible
Position 2 – Full-Time Registered Nurse
- Hours: 32 hours per week
- Schedule: Monday, Tuesday, Thursday & Friday
7:30 AM – 3:30 PM - Pay Rate: $33.00 per hour (salaried)
- Benefits: Comprehensive benefits package
Position 3 – Part-Time Registered Nurse
- Hours: 24 hours per week
- Schedule: Monday, Wednesday & Friday
8:30 AM – 4:30 PM - Pay Rate: $33.00 per hour
- Benefits: Not benefit eligible
Position 4 – Full-Time Registered Nurse
- Hours: 40 hours per week
- Schedule: Monday–Friday
7:30 AM – 3:30 PM - Pay Rate: $33.00 per hour (salaried)

Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and oversee medical care and follow-up for people we support living in residential homes.
- Serve as the liaison with healthcare providers by scheduling appointments, coordinating care, and interpreting medical reports.
- Complete nursing assessments and collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to develop individualized care plans.
- Provide health education and training to people we support and staff, including medication administration.
- Maintain accurate medical records and complete medication regimen reviews.
- Conduct residential site visits to ensure compliance with nursing procedures, policies, and best practices.
- Ensure first aid supplies, medications, and nursing resources are available across assigned locations.
This position does not participate in the nursing on-call rotation.
