What You'll Do
As a Maintenance Technician II with The Arc Columbia-Saratoga, you'll support 17 of our residential homes and 5 of our day programs, performing a variety of tasks such as:
- General repairs including patching, painting, and routine maintenance
- Troubleshooting and fixing issues associated with doors, fixtures and building systems
- Applying your skills daily in carpentry, electrical, plumbing, or heating
- Ensuring that all locations operated by The Arc Columbia-Saratoga (throughout Saratoga County) remain safe and in excellent condition
- Participate in a rotating on-call schedule to provide support as needed
No two days in this role are the same - your versatility will be the key to success in this role.
What You'll Need
- 4 years in a least one trade
- Valid driver's license
- HS diploma/GED preferred

Experience
Required- 4 year(s): Experience in the trades of Carpentry, Electrical, Plumbing, Heating, Ventilation and Air Conditioning (HVAC)
Education
Required- High School / GED or better
