Assistant Residential Manager

As an Assistant Residential Manager, you will help empower people we support with intellectual and developmental disabilities to live meaningful, fulfilling lives. In this leadership role, you’ll mentor your team, oversee daily residential operations, and help create a safe, supportive home where people can thrive.
Position Details
Location: Hudson, NY
Schedule:
- Tuesday: 1:00 PM – 7:00 PM
- Wednesday: 9:00 AM – 4:00 PM
- Thursday: 1:00 PM – 7:00 PM
- Friday: 1:00 PM – 10:00 PM
- Saturday: 9:00 AM – 9:00 PM
Pay Rate: $23.00 per hour

Key Responsibilities
- Partner with the Residential Manager to oversee the daily operations of two residential sites and ensure the delivery of high-quality residential services.
- Support the unique goals, interests, and needs of the people we support, encouraging self-advocacy and independence.
- Supervise and mentor up to 15 Direct Support Professionals by providing coaching, guidance, and performance feedback.
- Ensure Direct Support Professionals support people we support in recognizing their strengths, building confidence, and actively participating in their communities.
- Promote healthy living by supporting medical, dental, nutritional, emotional wellness, and healthy lifestyle practices.
- Assist people we support in maintaining a safe, comfortable, and organized home while encouraging independence with household tasks and daily living skills.
- Support people we support in managing personal funds while maintaining accountability for financial records and petty cash during each shift.
- Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with agency policies, training requirements, safety procedures, and regulatory standards.
- Participate in the development, implementation, and review of Individual Service Plans (ISPs) to help people we support achieve their personal goals.
- Provide medication support as needed.

Experience
Preferred- One year of supervisory experience preferred
