Key Responsibilities:
- Front Desk Operations: Manage the reception area, greeting residents and visitors with professionalism and warmth, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere.
- Communication: Handle heavy phone lines, operate the switchboard, and direct calls efficiently to the appropriate departments or personnel.
- Administrative Duties: Perform various clerical tasks, including data entry, managing correspondence, and maintaining organized filing systems. Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel is essential for handling paperwork and documentation.
- Multitasking: Balance multiple responsibilities, including answering phones, assisting visitors, and completing administrative tasks simultaneously.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with other staff members to ensure seamless communication and a high standard of care for residents.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent is required.
- Proven experience in a receptionist or administrative role, preferably in a healthcare or assisted living environment.
