What are the responsibilities and job description for the Receptionist position at Scotsman's Auto Body VI, LLC?
Scotsman’s Auto Body VI, LLC is a high volume auto body repair shop that works with all insurance companies, dealerships, and many direct repair programs from the auto manufacturers.
I currently have a job opening within our front office staff. We strive to meet or exceed our customer's expectations for quality repairs and an excellent customer experience.
As part of the front office staff, the job requirements would include:
- Speaking with customers on a daily basis ( phone and/or emails )
- Answering phone calls and emails
- Assisting walk-in customers with their needs
- Data entry and filing of paperwork properly
- Appointment scheduling
- Light office cleaning ( dusting, sweeping, wiping surfaces, etc. )
- Working with Microsoft Office suite of programs ( if necessary )
- Working with CCC Estimating software ( which you be fully trained )
Business Hours:
Monday thru Friday from 8:00am – 5:00pm
Saturday 8:00am – 12:00pm
