What You’ll Do
- Welcome residents, families, and visitors with warmth and professionalism
- Answer and route phone calls efficiently
- Keep the front desk and lobby organized and inviting
- Provide general administrative and customer service support
- Help create a positive first impression of our community
- Friendly, professional, and dependable
- Strong communication and organization skills
- Comfortable answering phones and greeting guests
- Receptionist, administrative, or customer service experience preferred
- High school diploma or equivalent
