Opus East Memphis is an award winning senior living community in Memphis, TN. Opus East Memphis offers Independent Living, Assisted Living and Memory Care options on a gorgeous campus. Residents can experience a host of luxury amenities while enjoying an active lifestyle. We are currently seeking a dynamic and experienced Maintenance Director to join our team.
The Maintenance Director is responsible for leadership and oversight for the overall physical buildings and property, safety program and preventative maintenance plan, and building repairs. This role directly supervises, motivates, and encourages employees in Maintenance and Housekeeping. An ideal candidate is a self-starter who has excellent problem-solving skills, can handle multiple tasks and priorities and has effective written and verbal communication.
Prior experience with electrical, HVAC, or plumbing would be an added benefit. Strong organizational skills and time management are also preferred. The Maintenance Director is a valued member of the community's leadership team.
