Avondale Health and Rehabilitation Center -
Avondale Health and Rehabilitation Center is seeking a skilled Interim Maintenance Director to manage the operations and maintain the facility's safety and comfort for our residents and staff. A successful candidate will come with prior Long Term Care / Healthcare Maintenance leadership experience.
This is a full time position, working Monday - Friday with weekends based on facility needs.
Job Requirements :
- High school graduate or equivalent preferred
- Minimum of one (1) year maintenance experience
- Proven knowledge of various mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems preferred
- Knowledge of local building codes and ordinance in long term care preferred
