As a Dining Server, you'll help create an exceptional dining experience by:
- Providing friendly, restaurant-style table service to residents and their guests.
- Building meaningful relationships with residents through outstanding hospitality.
- Taking meal orders and serving food with professionalism, accuracy, and a positive attitude.
- Accommodating special requests and dietary needs while providing exceptional customer service.
- Assisting with dining room setup, beverage service, and table maintenance.
- Keeping the dining room clean, organized, and welcoming before, during, and after meal service.
- Working closely with the culinary team to ensure an excellent dining experience for every resident.
- Passion for providing outstanding customer service.
- Friendly, dependable, and team-oriented attitude.
- Restaurant, hospitality, customer service, or senior living experience is preferred but not required.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-focused environment.
- Must be able to successfully complete a Level 2 AHCA Clearinghouse background screening.
