As a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA), you'll help residents live safely, comfortably, and with dignity by:
- Assisting residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, mobility, and transfers
- Building meaningful relationships through compassionate, person-centered care
- Encouraging residents to participate in activities and social engagement
- Observing and reporting changes in residents' physical or emotional well-being
- Partnering with nurses and fellow team members to provide exceptional resident care
- Helping maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment
- Current New Jersey CNA certification (Required)
- At least 6 months of CNA experience preferred
- High School Diploma or GED
- Compassionate, dependable, and team-oriented
- Experience in assisted living, long-term care, or memory care is a plus, but not required
