As a key leader in our community, you will help create a restaurant-style dining experience that residents look forward to every day.
- Lead, coach, and develop a team of servers to deliver exceptional hospitality
- Ensure the dining room is welcoming, organized, and operating efficiently
- Maintain high standards for cleanliness, sanitation, and service quality
- Create a positive and engaging environment for residents and team members
- Collaborate with the Dining Director and leadership team to enhance the overall dining experience
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Experience training or leading team members in customer service or hospitality
- Passion for delivering excellent service
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Experience in restaurant, hospitality, senior living, or hotel dining preferred
