The Opportunity

Your Role at OOTY
- Welcome clients with warmth, confidence, and genuine hospitality.
- Offer thoughtful, personalized wardrobe and styling recommendations.
- Develop lasting client relationships through attentive service and an understanding of individual tastes.
- Help maintain the boutique's distinctive visual presentation, from beautiful displays to carefully styled merchandise.
- Share your enthusiasm for new arrivals, designers, and emerging fashion trends.
- Assist with daily boutique operations, inventory, and sales transactions.
- Contribute creative ideas for social media, boutique events, and special client experiences.
- Work collaboratively with the OOTY team to create an exceptional shopping environment and achieve sales goals.

Compensation: Competitive hourly rate based on experience
Experience: 3 years of retail experience preferred, ideally in fashion or luxury boutique sales
Work Location: In person
Schedule: Flexible availability, including weekends
