The Animal Cause, Inc. is building a scalable animal-welfare organization designed to connect animals, shelters, rescues, volunteers, partners, resources, and innovative services in ways that can create measurable, sustainable impact.
We are looking for a volunteers to join our Volunteer Recruitment & Engagement Team.
This is not a one-person recruiting position.
We use a team-based operating model in which volunteers collaborate according to their experience, strengths, and areas of interest. The team collectively supports volunteer recruitment, screening, interviewing, onboarding, orientation, communication, engagement, and retention.
You will not be expected to "fix recruiting" or carry the entire function yourself.
Instead, you will help us build a professional, repeatable volunteer system that can continue functioning as the organization grows.
