Overview
We are seeking a skilled Lead Bartender to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for delivering exceptional customer service and thrive in a fast paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve beverages to customers following standard recipes
- Interact with customers, take orders, and provide recommendations
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area
- Check customers' identification to ensure they meet the legal drinking age
- Handle cash transactions and operate the POS system
- Upsell additional products when appropriate
Requirements
- Previous experience in bartending or hospitality industry
- Knowledge of various alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages
- Familiarity with SmartTab POS system is a plus
- Strong customer service and communication skill
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive attitude
- Food handling and TABC certification
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $20.00 - $60.00 per hour
