Established in 1991, The Anderson-DuBose Company is a full-service distribution company for major quick service restaurants in Ohio, Pennsylvania, West Virginia, and New York. We currently have three distribution center locations; Lordstown, Ohio (headquarters), Rochester, New York, Jacksonville, Florida and are always looking for growth opportunities. We have recently announced that we are building a new distribution center in Knoxville, TN to open in late 2026. Transportation and Warehouse are the two largest departments at each DC and typically operate 24/7.
We own and operate our own truck fleet, have state-of-the-art equipment and facilities, and consider our associates our greatest assets. Due to massive growth in our business, The Anderson-DuBose Company is hiring Experienced CDL drivers with at least two years of Tractor-Trailer experience in the last three years.
Delivery drivers operate a tractor-trailer to accurately deliver products to our customers in the quick service food industry. Products are stacked on carts and pallets. The driver must maneuver the product off using a hydraulic lift gate then push/pull into the customer's location.

Weekly pay approximately $1650 - OR 85k per year
5-8 stops per day
$3,000 Sign on Bonus - paid out within 6 months

POSITION REQUIREMENTS
Qualified applicants must:
- Maintain a Class-A with at least two years of Tractor-Trailer experience in the last 3 years
- Have a clean MVR
- Be able to work any day of the week and be available for a flexible schedule to accommodate the 24/7 operation
- Be able to lift, push, pull 75 pounds or more on a regular basis
- Comply with all DOT rules and regulations
- Pass pre-employ drug screen and criminal investigation
