What You Earn

• $1,200 to $1,400 average weekly gross
• $850 a week while you train
• $1,000 a week guaranteed for your first 3 months solo
• $0.56 per mile to start, $0.59 at 6 months, $0.60 after a year
• $40 extra on loads under 100 miles
• $15 stop pay

On the road

Regional freight that runs out of Ohio and comes back to Ohio. Drop and hook, preloads and some live loads and unloads. You have a dedicated planner who knows your area. Day, night and rotating dispatches. Cold weather comes with the region.

How You Get Started

• A recruiter calls you and goes over your license and record first.
• Orientation, up to 2 days, hotel covered, bus ticket reimbursed, $300 once hired.
• 4 to 6 weeks with a mentor, paid $850 a week.
• Then your own assigned truck, about 1.5 years old on average.
  
  
  

Who Can Apply

• Class A CDL, 21 or older
• 120 hour CDL school certificate, or 6 months of recent experience
• No more than 2 moving violations in 2 years, no DUI/DWI in 10
• Pass DOT physical and drug screening (hair and urine)
