Entry-Level Sales Representative | Paid Training

We’re growing our Youngstown team and looking for motivated, outgoing individuals who want to learn sales, build their communication skills, and grow into leadership.

No previous sales experience is required. We provide hands-on training, coaching, and ongoing development from experienced leadership.

What You'll Be Doing

As an Entry-Level Sales Representative, you’ll learn how to:

• Connect with customers and prospective customers
• Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions
• Build relationships through face-to-face and verbal communication
• Present products and services confidently
• Follow up with customers and prospective customers
• Work toward individual and team sales goals
• Participate in daily training and coaching
• Develop communication, sales, and leadership skills
• Represent our company and services professionally
