What are the responsibilities and job description for the CDL A Delivery Drivers position at The Anderson-DuBose Company?

We currently have three distribution center locations; Lordstown, Ohio (Headquarters), Rochester, New York, and Jacksonville, Florida, and are always looking for growth opportunities. June 2026 we will also be opening a new DC in Jefferson City, TN. Transportation and Warehouse are the two largest departments at each DC and typically operate 24/7. Due to massive growth in our business, The Anderson-DuBose Company is hiring Experienced CDL drivers with at least two years of Tractor-Trailer experience in the last three years.
Delivery drivers operate a tractor-trailer to accurately deliver products to our customers in the quick service food industry. Products are stacked on carts and pallets. The driver must maneuver the product off using a hydraulic lift gate then push/pull into the customer's location.

Weekly pay $80,000 - $85,000 per year

Position Requirements
Qualified applicants must:
- Maintain a Class-A with at least two years of Tractor-Trailer experience in the last 3 years
- Have a clean MVR
- Be able to work any day of the week and be available for a flexible schedule to accommodate the 24/7 operation
- Be able to lift, push, pull 75 pounds or more on a regular basis
- Comply with all DOT rules and regulations
- Pass pre-employment drug screen and criminal background check
