Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Nashotah, WI. As a Cabinet Maker, you will be responsible for producing high-quality cabinets and custom woodworking pieces. Responsibilities include interpreting blueprints, constructing and assembling cabinetry, and executing millwork and finishes with precision. You will collaborate with our skilled team to maintain craftsmanship standards while adhering to project timelines and safety protocols.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Millwork and Woodworking, with the ability to measure, cut, and assemble wood with accuracy
- Experience in Cabinetry and Carpentry, including creating and installing high-quality cabinets and related structures
- Skills in Spatial Design, ensuring efficiency and aesthetic appeal in layouts
- Attention to detail and ability to work with precision while maintaining safety standards
- Effective communication and teamwork skills to collaborate with colleagues and implement client requirements
- Familiarity with operating woodworking tools and equipment
- High school diploma or equivalent; formal training in carpentry or woodworking is preferred
- Previous work experience in cabinet making or custom woodworking is a plus
