Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Construction Superintendent based in San Antonio, TX. The Construction Superintendent will oversee daily site operations, ensure adherence to construction schedules, and maintain safety protocols. Responsibilities include managing resources, coordinating with project teams, enforcing compliance with regulations, and ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Construction Site Management and Construction Safety
- Excellent Organization and Budgeting capabilities
- Experience in Project Management, including resource coordination and problem-solving
- Knowledge of construction industry standards and best practices
- Ability to communicate effectively with all stakeholders
- Bachelor's degree in construction management or related field is preferred
- Previous experience in commercial projects is a plus
