Gage is seeking a skilled Construction Superintendent in the Dallas-Fort Worth area. This role requires strong field leadership and hands-on experience in the following areas:
- Restaurant Construction
- Luxury Custom Homes
- Tenant Improvement (TI)
- White Box Finish-outs
- Multifamily Renovation and/or Reconstruction Services
Responsibilities:
- Manage daily on-site operations for commercial and multifamily projects
- Coordinate subcontractors, materials, inspections, and scheduling
- Maintain clear communication with owners, architects, and trades
- Ensure quality control, safety, and compliance with plans / specs
- Document project progress: RFIs, daily reports, punch lists
- Support our estimating department and participate in bid walks
Requirements:
- 5 years of experience in commercial and/or high-end residential construction
- Proven background in restaurant builds, TI and finish-outs
- Familiarity with Dallas-Fort Worth permitting and inspections
- Proficient in Procore, Buildertrend, or similar software applications
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus
- Reliable transportation
